1. Club Vip Onasol card is personal and non transferable and its owner could be asked for identification for our personal in the moment of use it.

2. If you loose your card for any cause, please report it immediately at any of our hotels or at our booking department (either by telephone on 966 803 232 or via email to info@onasol.es) so we can cancel the card and provide you another one as soon as possible.

3. Use of this card shall be in accordance with standards established by Ona Sol Hotels to operate.

4. This card is owned by Ona Sol Hotels, who reserves the right to nullify its validity.

1. Whenever you make your reservations directly with us, each lodging bill will get in points the full amount of the invoice but truncated, for example, if your bill is 450'75€ you earn 450 points.

2. All extra expenses (bar drinks, dining drinks, room service, laundry, boutique purchases, etc ...) performed by the customer in any of the hotels in the chain, will provide 5 points per euro, which shall be loaded on your account either through the POS (bar or restaurant) or by submitting the tickets at the reception, that is, if you drink at the bar 20'75€ you get 100 points.
